    Richard L. “Dick” Walters, 86,of Logansport, passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by family, on Sunday, November 29, 2015. Born Sept.6, 1929, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Frances and Francis (Benefield) Walters. On April 5, 1958, in Logansport, he was married to Jackie (Pope) Walters, who survives. Dick was a 1947 graduate of Logansport High School. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during the Korean War. Rollins-Nisonger, 86, went home to her Lord Saturday November 28, 2015 at Coventry Meadows where she had been since October 15th due to a fall at Park Place assisted living, She was born April 16, 1929 in Cannelton, IN to the late Ollie and Rosa Gilbert. In the last years of Clara’s life Ralph and Peggy Herndon became her main caretaker along with their daughter Rita (Herndon) Papadakis.
