She was born August 23, 1924 in Shelbyville, Indiana, a daughter of the late John and Pearl (Thomas) Osborne. Deloris was a bookkeeper for R.E.M.C. and retired from the Henry County Association for Mentally Retarded Citizens. She was a graduate of New Castle High School and Business College.     William C. Stiegelmeyer, 79, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on June 8, 2018. He was born July 05, 1938 to Robert and Leona Stiegelmeyer; one of four children. He was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from Manual High School in 1956. He married wife Suzanne in 1966 and remained happily married until her passing March 19, 1991. William worked for IPD (now IMPD) for 22 years as a Police Detective Sgt. until his retirement in 1984.
