    Deklyn Jaymes Shields, born May 3, 2018 at 27 weeks, weighing 2.65 pounds. Deklyn has required some type of breathing support since birth but was steadily improving until mid-July. Deklyn suffered from chronic lung disease and pulmonary hypertension. In early August the doctors from IU North’s NICU unit determined her conditioned worsened and she was life lined to Riley.
