    Elsworth “Dick” Masters, 78, of Spiceland passed away Friday, August 31, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. He was born September 18, 1939 in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Burt Voyence and Zola Mae (Hamilton) Masters. Dick was drafted in the U.S. Army in 1962 and served two years active duty then in the reserves for four years. On October 29, 1966, he married the love of his life, Marilyn Bellamy.
