    Lynn Wesley Hammonds, M.D.   Lynn “Doc” Wesley Hammonds, M.D. passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He is survived by his mother (Anna Faurot), sisters (Roberta Dials and Beverley Cook), his wife (Marilyn Hammonds), his children (Kim Spratt and Jim Pritz, Kevin Gabriel, Michael and Nicole Thomas, Laura Hammonds), his grandchildren (Ryan Pritz, Andrew Pritz, Emily Thomas, Gabriel Thomas, Nathan Thomas), his great-grandchild (Claire Pritz) and numerous nieces and nephews. Robert William Orton, who precedes her in death. She is also preceded by her daughter, Cheryl Sakson.
