    Phil was born in Marion on May 9, 1934 to the late Everett and Aletha A. (Kem) Rust. He passed away in Marion General Hospital on June 9, 2019. Phil was a 1952 graduate of Van Buren High School. After high school he started working as a mechanic at Munson’s Pontiac where he worked for 20 years. He retired from Indiana Michigan Power in 1995 after 20 years of service. Phil met the love of his life, Donna Faulkner, at Pierce’s Pastries in downtown Marion and they were married on November 6, 1965. Mrs. Rust survives.     Rhea Dawn Dubois, 76, of Converse went to be with her Lord and Savior while surrounded by family in her home at 10:42 p.m. on Monday, May 27, 2019. She was born at the home of her parents, Fred and Martha (Lake) Barker, in Swayzee on July 6, 1942. Rhea married Thomas L. Dubois at Amboy Friends Church on July 3, 1965. Mr. Dubois survives in their Converse home. She was a member of the first graduating class of Oak Hill High School in 1960.     Judy was born in Marion on July 4, 1950. She was one of three children born to the late Charles Burnell and Mary Frances (Fuller) Shroyer. She passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 in Community South Hospital, Indianapolis. Judy was a 1968 graduate of Mississinewa High School. She met her future husband while working at Kmart and on September 26, 1970 she married Basil E. Stambaugh. Mr. Stambaugh survives in their Greenwood home.     Mary was born on May 23, 1923 to the late Thomas Aloysius and Martha Anna (Keerns) Devitt. She and her brothers were raised by her grandparents, Thomas A. and Hanora A. Devitt in Crawfordsville. Mary passed away on May 11, 2019 in Marion. Mary graduated from Crawfordsville High School. In the mid-fifties Mary and her husband, Dr. Andrew J. Miller came to Marion.     Ed was born on September 28, 1929 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He was one of five sons born to the late Arthur and Julia (Miller) Runningen. On April 25, 2019 he passed away in The Lodge of Harbor Manor, Noblesville. Ed was a graduate of Aquinas High School, La Crosse, Wisconsin and continued his education at the University of Wisconsin where he earned his bachelors of science degree in chemistry.
