    Tammi was born in Portsmouth, Virgina to Charles E. and Janice S. (Botkin) Jumper. The family moved to Marion when Tammi was one year old. Tammi was a 1980 graduate of Marion High School and later had various jobs throughout her working career. She passed away on February 18, 2020 in Wesleyan Health Care Center after a long illness. During football season Tammi could always be found watching the Indianapolis Colts-she was definitely one of their biggest fans. She enjoyed camping, fishing, cookouts and family gatherings.
